It's official! Hutch is one of the Best Places to Work in the UK video games industry! We're ridiculously proud and excited to be one of the Gamesindustry.biz winners for 2020.

The Best Places To Work Awards is all about highlighting the best video games companies in the UK for how they look after and support their staff. Over 70 companies participated in the awards, with more than 4,000 staff surveyed. And we received an award in the Best Mid-Sized Company category.

In the words of our COO, Andy Watson,

"At Hutch, we believe that one of the best ways to keep staff happy and motivated is through autonomy, mastery, and purpose. We allow the team to define what they do, how they do it, who they do it with, and when they do it. We provide them with opportunities to experiment and grow within their careers with training, conferences, mentoring, and opportunities to develop projects based around their personal interests.
