Coins & Bucks

Coins and Bucks are your main currencies in F1® Clash. The two have different uses and are obtained in different ways!

Coins 

Coins are used to enter Duel and Grand Prix™ races. Each race you enter will have a race entry fee consisting of a set amount of Coins. You will need this amount of Coins available in your balance to participate. Your Coin balance is found at the top of the Home Screen. 

Coins are also used to upgrade your Drivers and Components. Each Driver and Component can be upgraded to increase their level, boosting their stats. To upgrade, a certain amount of cards of that Driver or Component are required alongside a set amount of Coins. The Coin cost will differ depending on rarity and unlock series of the Driver or Component, as well as the upgrade level. Try to spend your Coins wisely so you have enough left in your balance to compete in races!

Coins can be earned from various rewards sources in the game, from Crates and Pit Pass Milestones to watching advertisements and purchasing in the Store with Bucks, however the most valuable way to obtain them is by winning races. Winning a race will grant you back the Coins spent to enter, as well as your opponent’s entry fee on top.

Bucks

Bucks are a highly valuable currency. Bucks can be used to purchase a variety of items including but not limited to Crates, Boosts and Drivers and Components.

Bucks are harder to obtain, but there is a chance of earning a small amount from a variety of reward sources such as most Crates, in the Pit Pass and more. Bucks can also be purchased from the Store. 

Crates

Crates are one of the main reward types in F1® Clash. Crates will drop a selection of rewards such as Drivers and Components, Boosts and more. 

The rewards included and quantity dropped can vary depending on factors such as the type of Crate claimed (rarity/theme) and the Crates Series. 

Tap on a Crate to view the Crate info screen for more details. You can also tap the top right of the Crate info screen to open the drop rates for that specific Crate. 

Crates can be earned from a variety of sources, but the main way to earn them is by winning races. For Duel wins, you will earn either a Standard, Gold, Platinum or Legendary Crate. 

Crates won in Duels and Grand Prix™ races will be added to your Crate slots. These Crates require time to unlock before they can be opened, so make sure you select the Crate to begin unlocking. The duration required to unlock the Crate will differ depending on the Crate rarity. 

You have four Crate slots available. Once these are filled, you will not earn further Crates from race wins until a slot is freed up by opening an unlocked Crate. 

Pit Pass Exhibitions

Pit Pass provides a track full of rewards to earn and claim including Crates, Boosts, Power-ups and more! 

Pit Passes run in Exhibitions, each Pit Pass Exhibition lasts approximately 1 month. The Pit Pass can be accessed by selecting the “Pit Pass” bar at the bottom of the Home Screen. 

In each Exhibition, there will be a Free and Premium reward track. The Free track rewards are available for all players to unlock and claim. The Premium track features increased rewards and can be purchased to be unlocked. 

To progress through the track, earn Trophies! Trophies can be earned by winning Duels (only in your two highest unlocked Series) and Grand Prix™ races. Win enough trophies to reach a new milestone reward.

Milestones unlock daily. Once unlocked, if you have already reached the milestone with the required amount of Trophies, the reward can then be claimed.

Purchasing Pit Pass Premium not only gives you access to both the Free and Premium track, but other exclusive perks too!:

• V.I.P golden username 

• Official F1® team liveries, when featured as one of the Premium Milestone rewards

• An extra 5% increase on the Reputation earned from Duels and Grand Prix™ Events (if in a Club)

• A Club Gift consisting of Coins sent to all members of your Club (players can claim up to a maximum of 10 Club Gifts per Exhibition)

• Crate queuing; Queue up the Crates in your Crate slots to start unlocking automatically

• Access to the Bonus Bank

Premium Pit Pass can be purchased by selecting the “Premium” button top of the Pit Pass screen, or at the top of the Store. Purchasing Premium Pit Pass provides Premium access for that Exhibition only. You can view how much time is remaining for the current Exhibition at the top of the Pit Pass screen. 

Milestones must be reached within the Exhibition timeframe to be claimable. Any unclaimed Milestone rewards will be automatically claimed when the Exhibition expires.

If you reach every Milestone before the end of the Exhibition, Trophies will count towards the Bonus Bank! The Bonus Bank is an optional reward, collecting Trophies after completing all Milestones will deposit Bucks into the Bonus Bank. Bonus Bank Bucks can be claimed at the end of the Exhibition if Premium has been purchased.

Power-ups

Power-ups are another reward type you can earn from various reward sources in-game!

Power-ups are a powerful reward which grant you the ability to earn more rewards quicker for a select period of time.

The Power-ups available are:

• Coin Surge: Doubles the Coins earned from Duels and Grand Prix™ race wins, increasing your Coin balance at a faster rate.

• Trophy Rush: Doubles the Pit Pass Trophies earned from Duel and Grand Prix™ races, aiding faster progression through Pit Pass Milestones.

• Flag Storm: Doubles the Flags earned from Duel race wins, helping you progress through Duel Series faster.

• Reputation Rise: Doubles the Reputation earned from Duel race wins, boosting the Reputation you earn for your Club.

• Express Access: Crate delivery time is reduced by 50%, Crates take half the time to unlock in your Crate slots. 

The remaining duration of your active Power-up will be displayed top right of the Home Screen. 

The Store

Selecting the tab in the bottom left of the screen will take you to the in-game Store. Here you can purchase a variety of different items.

The asset market refers to Drivers and Components available to purchase with Bucks. This could be a Driver or Component you have not unlocked yet, or one you already own and want to gain more of to reach the next upgrade. The asset market rotates daily, so make sure to purchase any asset you want quickly - once rotated, a different selection of Drivers and/or Components will be on offer.

The Crates section has three Crate rarities of Gold, Platinum and Legendary available for purchase using Bucks. Two Free Crates can also be claimed, and will regenerate every four hours.

The main currencies; Coins and Bucks, can also be purchased in the Store. A variety of Coin packs can be purchased using Bucks. Bucks packs can be purchased as an in-app purchase. 

Objectives Points, earned by completing Daily and Weekly Objectives, can be spent in the Objectives Store. 

If you’re running low on Boosts, some Boosts are on offer in the Store for a Bucks cost. Select the Boost you wish to purchase then select the quantity out of the options available. 

A variety of unique offers will also be on sale, purchase these before their expiry date to claim exclusive rewards!

Objectives & Objectives Store

Objectives provide set goals for players to achieve. These goals can range from a variety of actions such as logging into the game, completing races and opening Crates. 

Each Objectives campaign lasts the duration of 1 week, Monday to Monday. Objectives will have a set timeframe to complete them.

Daily Objectives must be completed within that day, as new Daily Objectives will be shown each day. Weekly Objectives will last the duration of the week. Complete the set Objective within the specified timeframe to earn your reward!

Objectives can be accessed by selecting the checklist tab at the bottom of the screen, between the Store and Home button.

Completing Daily and Weekly Objectives will reward you with Objectives Points. Objectives Points are a unique currency to Objectives and can be spent exclusively in the Objectives Store.

A variety of rewards can be claimed with Objectives Points in the Objectives Store, ranging from items such as Crates to Boosts and Power-ups. Rewards can differ with each new campaign. 

Make sure to spend your earned Objectives Points before the Objectives campaign ends! Any leftover Objectives Points after the current Objectives campaign expires will be converted into Coins.

The Objectives Store can be accessed by selecting the ‘Store’ button at the top of the Objectives Screen, or by going directly to the Store.
