It’s critical to us that everyone feels happy and comfortable at work, and that Hutchies can have pride in themselves and their workplace.

Supporting our LGBTQ+ staff and the wider community is really important. And to help with this we have a team of Hutch Champions who step forward to be the voice for key areas. Our LGBTQ+ Champion stands alongside others who represent women at Hutch, race diversity, staff wellbeing, charity and eco plans.

This year we celebrated Pride by dressing up in our very best rainbow garb and holding our own Pride Bake-Off competition with Hutch bakers tasked with creating showstopping rainbow treats! Check out the pics below from our London studio...
