Spooky Iconic Variants
Three new Halloween-themed Iconic Variant cars are up for grabs!
2017 W Motors Fenyr SuperSport
It’s got to be one of the scariest-looking cars on the planet, and the W Motors Fenyr SuperSport even takes its name from Fenrir, the mythical wolf from Norse mythology. It even follows on from the Lykan Hypersport, whose name refers to the word lycanthrope (werewolf). The bodywork is so sharp it looks like you could cut yourself on it, and that huge mouth at the front is ready to swallow you whole. At least, that’s the case if you are an insect hovering over the Autobahn, where the Fenyr could be hurtling towards you at up to 250mph thanks to its hugely powerful 800bhp motor. The engine is probably the most interesting thing about the car, as unlike most low-volume hypercars - which often use V8 engines - the Fenyr has a tuned-up flat-six Porsche engine and gearbox.
2007 Dodge Demon Roadster
Ever seen a group of trick-or-treaters with great costumes, but then you spot one kid at the back who’s just wearing their school uniform and a set of vampire teeth? We can’t help but think of that when we’re reminded of the Dodge Demon Roadster concept car of 2007. The name conjures up ideas of a fire-breathing monster, a muscle car perhaps, maybe with 1,000bhp and a massive, angry-looking front-end and huge wheelarch extensions. Instead the “Demon” looks like a cross between a Chrysler Crossfire and a Mazda MX-5 with the front-end off your uncle’s Dodge Caliber. It has a 2.4-litre petrol engine that somehow manages to only produce 172bhp, even though it’s a concept car and the company could have said any figure they wanted.
2018 Rezvani Beast Alpha X Blackbird
Blackbird sounds like a really scary name for a car when you first see it. Maybe your first thought is a black bird like a raven, hanging around a graveyard or tapping at your chamber door. But then you might come to the realisation that a blackbird is a happy little bird found in any British garden and it loses some of the mystique. At least the Rezvani makes up for that by sticking an X in the name for good measure. X is the scariest letter, surely. Then add Alpha, because why not? It’s not like the car even needed a meaner name; it’s already called the Beast. And what a beast it is, with a Lotus Elise chassis, completely bespoke bodywork and a 700bhp 2.5-litre Cosworth engine. We’ll forgive the name, then, if you’ll let us have a go?
Bug fixes
Fix for an issue where the text colour for how many points are needed to get an objective group prize is the same colour as the progress bar.
Fix for an issue where Players would have to tap twice to move between Store Tabs.
Fix for an issue where when claiming an objective that gives many thousands of Seasonal Points, Racing Points, License Points, etc - the speed at which the numbers tick up does not scale up when it’s higher numbers.
Fix for an issue where bonus point values over 1 decimal place display as 1x. E.g. If a 'bonus point percentage' was set to 105, in-game it would display as 1x instead of 1.05x.
