Big Changes Inside and Out

Welcome to a new era for F1® Clash. The real-world regulations have brought massive changes to the sport, and F1® Clash is evolving right alongside them. We’re expanding the grid, introducing new aerodynamic models, and overhauling the way you race.

New Teams, Drivers & Legends

The grid is expanding. With Audi and Cadillac entering the sport, you'll be managing more cars on track and dealing with heavier traffic. Positioning and timing are going to be critical to your race strategy when the margins are this tight.

The grid has been updated to reflect the real-life 2026 lineup, introducing Arvid Lindblad and returning Drivers like Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez. Plus, keep an eye out for some iconic faces joining our ranks of Legendary Drivers!

New Regulations / Car Design

The 2026 season of Formula One® brings some of the biggest regulation changes to the sport than ever before.

Smaller, lighter car designs brings an array of new aerodynamics: The Drag Reduction System (DRS) is replaced with Active Aero, more emphasis on battery power to engage the new Overtake Mode and much more. A number of these changes are also reflected in the new season of F1® Clash.

Overtake Mode

In line with the 2026 F1® regulations, traditional DRS is gone. We are replacing it with Overtake Mode, a new system relying on energy deployment rather than aerodynamic adjustments. It's no longer just about having the capability to pass, it's about strategically deciding when to deploy that extra power.

Overtake Mode is powered by a brand-new Battery Component.

The Overtake Mode stat consists of 3 sub-stats: Impact, Duration & Recharge Rate providing different strategies in using Overtake Mode during races.

You'll find a wider range of performance variation compared to the old rear wing DRS system. Picking the right Battery for your setup will be vital for mastering different tracks and scenarios.

In addition to these new Components and stats will be a selection of new Boosts launching through the new Season to add additional performance increases to Overtake Mode.

Refreshed Visuals

Track rotations across each Series are changing. We're rolling out improved visuals for iconic circuits, starting with Interlagos and Silverstone, making them the most immersive versions we've ever delivered. Expect more visual evolution as the season unfolds.

New Objective Types

We've added new Objective types to the game, giving you more opportunities to earn Objective Points to spend in the Objectives Store.

Players joining F1® Clash in the 2026 Season will see Objectives begin from April 27th, 2026.

Livery Reminder

The 2026 F1® cars are smaller and lighter. We've rebuilt our car models to reflect these new aerodynamic concepts, meaning they feel more responsive and behave differently in traffic. Because of this structural change, some past liveries won't carry over, but you can now admire your past collections in the new Livery Hall of Fame. See our earlier announcement on what this means for those who have collected previous Liveries.

For Players who have collected previous Official Team Liveries, on moving into the 2026 Season they will receive unique, compensatory Liveries based on their earlier collections.
